EHS Career Paths ("we") publishes ehscareerpaths.com. This page explains what we collect and how we use it. Questions: hello@ehscareerpaths.com.

What we collect

If you subscribe: your email address, and optionally your name and where you are in your EHS career. We use it to send the newsletter you asked for and to understand our readership in aggregate. We never sell or share your email.

If you browse: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This uses cookies. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.

If you take a survey: survey responses are reported in aggregate only. Individual responses are never published or shared.

Who processes it

The site and newsletter run on Ghost(Pro); newsletter delivery uses Mailgun; analytics use Google Analytics. Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Your rights (California)

Under the CCPA, California residents can ask what personal information we hold, ask us to delete it, and opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information). Email hello@ehscareerpaths.com and we will act on it. Unsubscribing from the newsletter takes one click on any email we send.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, subscribers hear about it in the newsletter before it takes effect.
